Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
cart and enter your credit card information. If you would like to place
an order by phone, please call us toll free at 1-231-409-1455.

Rush Orders
If you need your order processed faster than the stated processing time
on our website, we have rush service available. Our
rush order fee is $20.00 when applicable. To place a rush order,
please call us during normal business hours at 1-231-409-1455 or send
us an email. We will do our best to service your needs.
Methods
of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We Also accept cashier’s checks. In the event you want to pay for your
product using a cashier’s check, please call us to get a total for your
order including tax and shipping costs and send to:

All orders by cashiers check will be sent upon receipt of payment. For
overseas order we reserve the right to request a international money
order for payment if we can not verify your credit card information.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS AT THIS TIME.
WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.
Shipping
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days (not including
weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery
time from the date the order is released to UPS. We do ship overseas
either by UPS or USPS. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of all overseas
orders.
Please note personalized items
require more processing time.
Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality wedding favors and we hope
that you will be pleased with your order. In the event that you
are not pleased with your product, please contact us immediately so
that we may accommodate you. Please note that we accept all returns
except personalized and edible items.
If you need to return something, please send an email to fbimpressions@aol.com
or call us at1-231-409-1455 within 7 days of receiving your order
for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within
7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Sales Tax
Michigan sales tax (6%) will be assessed for all orders, except food or
candy products. This is due to the
fact that Michigan has joined the "Streamlined Sales and Use Tax
Agreement" with 20 other states. For orders shipped to
destinations outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for
any duties, conversions or taxes associated with the shipment.
